Refund Timeline
Order cancel hone ke baad aapka full amount 7 se 8 business days ke andar aapke original payment source (UPI / Bank account) me automatically bhej diya jayega. Koi extra paperwork nahi, koi chhupi charges nahi.
Cancellation Window
Order "Pending" ya "Confirmed" status me hai to aap My Orders dashboard se directly cancel kar sakte ho. "Shipped" hone ke baad cancellation sirf WhatsApp support se possible hai.
Damaged / Defective Items
